Sales ExecutiveAbout the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting a diverse range of products and services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires someone who can identify business opportunities, present tailored solutions to clients, and close deals to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to promote and sell the company’s products and services.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.

  • Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.

  • Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain customer records on the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven sales experience in one or more of the following industries:

    • Office automation

    • Telecommunications

    • CCTV products

    • Access control systems

    • Office supplies

    • Software solutions

    • Alternative energy products

    • Similar related industries

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to present ideas clearly, confidently, and persuasively.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

  • Target-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Experience in business-to-business sales would be advantageous.

  • Valid driver’s licence.

  • Own reliable transport.
