A luxury lodge and hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg requires an experienced Sales Executive to secure new business and maintain existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ sales experience within the hospitality industry, preferably with a hotel group. The candidate should also have established contacts and relationships with travel agents, corporates, PCOs, and production houses.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently, be target-driven, and confidently represent the company in a professional manner.
Scope and General PurposeThe purpose of this role is to promote the image and services of the company to ensure maximum business growth through securing new clients and contracts.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for:
New business development.
Client relationship management.
Database management.
Conducting business presentations.
Hosting workshops.
Preparing sales reports.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Matric (Grade 12).
Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing would be advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience within the hospitality industry, with a proven sales track record.
Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills.
Ability to conduct presentations and meetings professionally and confidently.
Valid South African ID.
Position requires travel.
Must be available to attend after-hours functions when required.
