REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (speak, read and write).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Competent experience on MS Word and MS Excel.
3yrs+ previous administrative experience.
Prepare reports for management.
Answering of switchboard.
Assisting with walk-in clients / courier companies.
Scanning / uploading and filling daily paperwork.
Maintain fleet files / reports.
Any other adhoc duties that may be required.
Would only suit a well-presented / well-spoken individual.
