We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Generator to join a dynamic team within the Office Automation industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and successfully cross-sell and upsell products and services.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and secure new business opportunities through outbound telephonic engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, with a focus on cross-selling and upselling office automation products and services.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospective and existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using appropriate administrative tools.
Ensure a professional and customer-centric approach in all communication.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, and potential business opportunities.
Support the sales team by identifying qualified prospects and opportunities.
Patient and resilient when engaging with customers.
Highly disciplined and goal-oriented.
Consistent, punctual, and able to handle rejection professionally.
Comfortable and enthusiastic about finding business opportunities telephonically.
Self-motivated and able to remain focused in a target-driven environment.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Office Automation industry is non-negotiable.
Proven ability to establish rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
Strong administrative skills.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-disciplined, patient, and consistent temperament suitable for a telesales role.
Must be punctual, organised, and able to work independently.
Own vehicle would be preferred.
