JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT - DURBAN

This is a 6-month contract position - renewable to permanent.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Degree in Human Resources Management.

Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

2 – 3 yrs experience in Human Resources Management.

English speaking person (person must be able to speak, read and write English competently).

Assist with the administration of new joiners and terminations.

Assist in compiling and generating reports.

Assist with the scheduling of internal and external training.

Assist with the recruitment process including scheduling of interviews.

Employee filing, which includes updating and maintaining employee files.

Overtime and leave – checked and verified before processing to payroll.

Assist with any other human resources administration when required.
