JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Relevant Human Resources Administration qualification and / or experience.
Business Management / Organisational Development / Performance Management qualification (advantageous).
Person must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle (a strong advantage).
Competent computer skills (Email / MS Office). Advanced MS Excel skills and reporting tools.
2yrs+ previous working experience with KPA’s / KPI’s.
Previous working experience in performance management administration is essential.
Proven experience developing KPA’s and KPI’s across multiple job levels and departments.
Develop, review or maintain KPA’s and KPI’s.
Advanced understanding of KPI methodologies and performance measurement principles.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Working with employee performance reviews and scorecards.
Supporting managers with human resources processes.
Implementing structured performance management systems.
The position includes supporting the human resources management function with the implementation, coordination and administration of the organization’s performance management framework. The primary focus will be the development, maintenance, tracking and administration of employee KPA’s and KPI’s, performance scorecards and performance review processes for the entire company.
