JOB DESCRIPTION
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
A minimum of 5+ years of senior-level Human Resources Management experience is strictly required.
Person must be competent and both English and Afrikaans (speak, read and write).
Ability and willingness to travel extensively from time to time.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
In this pivotal senior role, you will align business objectives with employees and management, driving organizational excellence across multiple regions. This position requires a visionary leader who is comfortable handling high-level strategy while remaining deeply connected to day-to-day HR operations.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with South African labour laws (LRA, BCEA, EE, Skills.
Development Act).
Formulate, update, and implement robust HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead and support organizational change management initiatives across different regions.
Oversee skills development initiatives and workplace skills planning (WSP/ATR submissions).
Dealing directly with the company’s international head office.
