NATIONAL HR MANAGERHIGHWAY (N3 PMB TO DURBAN) PURPOSE OF JOBThe Human Resources Manager South-Africa guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies,and programs for the entire company in South Africa within the legal framework under the guidance of the Regional HR Manager Sub Saharan Africa.Responsibility with regards to discipline, training, talent and performance management and recruiting.Administratively very demanding to ensure accurate information is correct and updated due to the legal nature of the dept.Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
  • Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)
  • HR Diploma/Degree -/other relevant qualification
  • Possession of a valid Code 08/EB drivers license
  • At least 5 years HR Senior Management experience.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Ms-Word and Ms-Excel.
  • Working knowledge of current Labour legislation, Skills Development, Employment Equity and BEE legislation essential.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and HRIS/payroll platforms.
  • You are fluent in English (Essential) and fluent or working ability in Afrikaans an advantage
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Sage Payroll System
