𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ✅ Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.✅ 3–5 years' experience in an HR Officer or HR Administrator role.✅ Working knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.✅ Experience with payroll support and HR information systems.✅ Strong administrative and organisational skills.✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.✅ Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.✅ Experience within the manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or distribution sector will be advantageous.
