Snr Estimator – Sherwood, KZN Email: mdeacon@pro-careers.co.za We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator with 10–15+ years' experience in building and civil construction, extensive CCS experience and proven expertise in rate build-ups and complex tender pricing. Has priced large-scale projects, particularly warehouses, high-rise buildings and/or hospitals, and has managed the complete tender process from opportunity identification through to submission. Strong understanding of construction methodology, materials and costs, with experience leading and mentoring a tender team and dealing directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Available immediately. NON-NEGOTIABLES 1. 10+ years' Estimating experience, Specifically within building and civil construction. 2. CCS experience – ESSENTIAL 3. Proven rate build-up experience 4. Large-scale / complex project estimating 5. Relevant project exposure, Particularly: Warehouses, High-rise buildings, Hospitals 6. Complete tender process experience Strong construction knowledge VERY IMPORTANT 1. Team leadership

The successful candidate will be expected to

• Train and mentor the Tender Department.
• Supervise staff.
• Provide technical guidance.
• Manage performance.
• Support recruitment.
• Manage departmental administration.
