REMOTE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Commission-Based | Remote | Are you a recruiter who knows how to win new business — not just fill vacancies? We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a fully remote, commission-only basis. This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced recruiter who is confident in business development, client acquisition and building long-term relationships with hiring managers. THIS ROLE IS ABOUT MORE THAN JUST RECRUITMENT We are specifically looking for someone with strong new business development skills who is comfortable with: Identifying and approaching potential new clients Cold calling and prospecting for new business Generating your own leads and opportunities Building relationships with business owners, HR Managers and hiring managers Securing new vacancies and recruitment mandates Growing and managing your own client portfolio Networking and actively promoting recruitment services Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to placement Following up consistently and converting opportunities into business WHAT WE OFFER Above-average commission structure Fully remote working environment Excellent earning potential for high performers Support from an established recruitment business Flexibility to manage your own working day There is no basic salary — this is a commission-only opportunity. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven new business development and sales ability
• A strong track record of winning new clients
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in cold calling and business prospecting
• Self-motivation, discipline and the ability to work independently
