RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive / Manager for a large, international, well-established concern based in the Pietermaritzburg area, KwaZulu-Natal.

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of senior-level Human Resources Management experience is strictly required.
Person must be competent in both English and Afrikaans: speak, read and write.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively from time to time.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
Align business objectives with employees and management, driving organisational excellence across multiple regions.
Handle high-level strategy while remaining deeply connected to day-to-day HR operations.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with South African labour laws including LRA, BCEA, EE and Skills Development Act.
Formulate, update, and implement robust HR policies, procedures and best practices.
Lead and support organisational change management initiatives across different regions.
Oversee skills development initiatives and workplace skills planning, including WSP / ATR submissions.
Deal directly with the company’s international head office.
