Job SummaryThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to promote the hospitality brand, drive direct bookings, increase brand awareness, and enhance guest engagement across all digital platforms.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and occupancy goalsManage website content, SEO, SEM, and online booking platforms
Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and paid digital campaignsManage email marketing campaigns and CRM platformsMonitor online reputation including reviews on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, and OTAsAnalyse performance metrics and prepare regular reports on ROI, engagement, and conversionsCoordinate digital campaigns with sales, reservations, and operations teamsManage digital marketing budgets and external agencies or service providersEnsure brand consistency across all digital channels
Requirements and QualificationsGrade 12 (Matric) – essentialRelevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or CommunicationsMinimum 3–5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within hospitalityStrong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertisingExperience with CMS platforms and booking engines advantageousExcellent communication and analytical skills
