This role is critical in ensuring seamless campaign execution, system uptime, accurate reporting, and maintaining the integrity of digital inventory across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:· Digital Campaign Management: Take full ownership of all digital billboard contracts from activation to completion.· Receive signed contracts from sales agents and verify campaign details.· Ensure required customer sales orders are received before campaign launch.· Follow up with clients or sales agents for artwork submissions within agreed timelines.· Verify that all artwork meets technical specifications (resolution, format, duration, file size).· Load approved artwork onto appropriate screens via the CMS system.· Ensure campaigns go live on time and according to contracted schedules.· Monitor weekly and monthly plays (spot or slot-based) to ensure contracted delivery.· Send proof-of-flight (POF) reports including artwork load reports, live screenshots, and performance reports.· Maintenance & Technical Management: Manage the full digital screen ecosystem daily.· Ensure all screens remain online and fully connected to CMS systems.· Monitor dashboards and resolve offline or error notifications promptly.· Ensure data and airtime bundles are maintained for uninterrupted delivery.· Troubleshoot and escalate hardware/connectivity issues to maintenance teams.· Digital Inventory & Avails Management: Maintain accurate digital avails for each site.· Update loop structures to reflect scheduling or system changes.· Prevent overselling and maintain inventory integrity.· Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (pDOOH) Support: Work with platforms such as Broadsign, Hivestack, Vicinity Media, Moving Walls, and Broadsign Reach/Ads.· Ensure accurate screen data, availability, and performance metrics for programmatic campaigns.· Production & Monthly Photo Management: Manage renaming and organisation of monthly billboard photos.· Ensure timely submission and correct labelling of site photos.· Refresh and update generic banners regularly.
Job Requirements:· Proven experience in digital content management, digital operations, or DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) media.· Strong technical background and ability to work with CMS platforms and screen management tools.· Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.· High attention to detail and accuracy.· Ability to manage strict deadlines under pressure.· Strong internal and external communication skills.· Proficiency in digital file specifications, formats, and production processes.· Advantageous: Experience with Broadsign, Hivestack, or other pDOOH platforms.· Own transport preferred
