0 Applications We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations & Integrity Analyst to support and continuously improve the quality, governance, and performance of product and catalogue data.
Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining data standards and taxonomies, monitoring data quality and service performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting the development of the Data Operations team.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in data management, product information management, business analysis, or operational excellence
• Strong Excel skills and solid analytical capability
• Working knowledge of SQL and data reporting
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and improve product data standards, governance frameworks, and catalogue taxonomies
• Monitor and improve data quality, catalogue maturity, and compliance with Gold, Silver, and Bronze standards
• Measure and improve request quality, service performance, and operational productivity
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making
• Support product verification, data integrity checks, and corrective actions
• Coach and support the Data Operations team in quality, standards, and continuous improvement practices
Advantageous
Experience with Power BI, Qlik, PIM systems, or data governance frameworks
