REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Relevant qualification/s.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

English speaking (must be able to read, write and speak fluently).

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Strong MS Excel / MS Word experience. Knowledge of Syspro advantageous.

Working experience in the building industry an added advantage.

Petty cash and banking.

Maintenance of stock levels.

Stock takes procedures and perpetual counts.

Product distribution and collection.

Previous internal / external sales experience.

Daily sales / telesales.

Receiving and processing orders

Liaison with customers and building good working relationships.

Transport checks i.e. loading of vehicle / appearance of trucks.

Spot checks on material arriving and leaving premises.

Safety and housekeeping.

Administration duties.

Work according to the company health and safety, and other procedures.
