We’re a growing online kids & baby brand looking for a highly organised, friendly and proactive Admin Superstar to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow within an exciting small business.
Requirements:
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Great people & communication skills
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Good computer skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic invoicing knowledge
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer service (email, WhatsApp & order queries)
• Stock taking and stock control
• Overseeing orders going out and returns coming in
• Main point of contact for wholesale customers
• Creating invoices and credit notes
• General admin support
Bonus (not essential but a plus):
• Interest in sales and customer relationships
