Description:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced ARCHIVIST for a well-established concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

 

Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • Diploma in documents administration / librarian.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a similar position.
  • Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced skills in MS Word / intermediate skills in MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of AJS (training will be provided).
  • Previous working experience as an archivist.
  • Knowledge of filing systems (numerically and alphabetize files).
  • Very good knowledge of equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc.
  • Honest and dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies
