0 Applications SALES OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR KZN - HOWICK Supports the Sales Operations Manager by handling sales operations, managing stock, coordinating orders, and providing administrative support. Ensures accurate stock levels, maintains strong service performance, and works efficiently across teams to support sales and customer delivery.
Key Performance Areas:
- Manage stock planning, replenishment, allocation, and reconciliations
- Monitor slow-moving/short-dated stock and ensure timely receipting
- Support order performance (OTIF), service levels, and issue resolution
- Handle credit notes, invoicing support, and finance queries
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain & Finance; escalate risks when needed
- Working knowledge of MS office. Business Central would be an advantage
- Administration related diploma/degree
