Our client a specialist provider of debt collections and call centre software solutions to local and international clients are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive market entry and revenue growth.
Minimum Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in B2B software sales
• Strong understanding of debt recovery and call centre operations
• Proven experience selling to South African municipalities
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience engaging senior executives and decision-makers
• CRM experience (Bitrix advantageous)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a go-to-market and sales strategy
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across private sector, municipalities, and financial institutions
• Conduct prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Lead brand awareness initiatives and attend industry events
• Manage the full sales lifecycle using Bitrix CRM
• Prepare sales reports and pipeline forecasts
