A hands on busy role!TERTIARY EDUCATION, DRIVERS LICENCE AND OWN VEHICLE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
- Working together with the Safety Reps and HSE Coordinator ensuring that the department complies with the requirements of the company’s Health & Safety policies
- Assist the Material Controller with the control and monitoring of finished goods into and out of the department
- Assist with accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumables
- Manage the reconciliations and capturing of data associated with raw material control
- Update the efficiency schedules on a daily basis
- Update weekly wages and other production schedules
- General administrative duties as required by the Production Team Leader and Executive
- Assist with staff and general queries
- Maths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12 is essential
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or similar enviroment
- Experience in a manufacturing will be advantageous
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
- Robust and hands on experience and personality essential in this role
