REGIONAL QUALITY MANAGER KZNDURBANTo be considered for this position applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • A National Diploma or related degree is essential
  • At least 5 years’ experience dealing with Quality Assurance and FSSC Systems.
  • At least 5 years Management experience
  • At least 5 years in a Manufacturing environment in a Quality Manager position, preferably in the FMCG or Packaging, Bottling, Beverage industry.
  • Sound knowledge of FSSC 22000 Systems essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implement, review, ensure compliance to and maintenance of all Quality systems and procedures in the region
  • Develop and execute an internal Quality audit program
  • Actively implement continuous improvement projects
  • Manage the Quality team
  • Ensure Quality assurance with regards to raw materials and final products
  • Reduce customer complaints
  • Partner with Sales Managers to provide Customers with outstanding service
  • Assemble, analyse and report Quality statistics and trends and make recommendations
  • Manage the MRM, DRM process
  • Facilitate the Management of Change Process (DRM, ISIR) and other quality improvements
  • Establish and manage Quality budget
  • Provide support to the Production Process
  • Support to SHEQ as needed
