Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function efficiently to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will manage multiple operational areas including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, and maintenance, while promoting a culture of teamwork, service excellence, and operational efficiency.The Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager to improve performance, drive profitability, and maintain high hospitality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ManagementOversee daily operations across all hotel departmentsEnsure smooth and efficient service delivery and guest satisfactionImplement and maintain operational policies and proceduresMonitor departmental performance and service standardsEnsure consistent compliance with company standards and proceduresTeam Leadership & Staff ManagementLead, motivate, and manage operational teamsFoster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellenceConduct staff training and performance evaluationsAddress staffing needs and operational challenges
Financial & Budget ControlAssist the General Manager with budgeting and financial planningMonitor expenses and control operational costsAnalyse performance metrics and implement improvement strategiesSupport revenue growth and profitability initiativesGuest Experience ManagementEnsure exceptional service standards across all departmentsAddress guest concerns promptly and professionallyMonitor guest feedback and implement service improvementsCompliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulationsMaintain quality assurance and operational standards
Minimum Requirements
5–7 years’ experience in hotel operations management
Strong understanding of hospitality management principles
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Strong financial and operational management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
