You will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and converting potential home loan clients through both direct and partner-led channels. Using needs-based selling techniques, you will structure tailored home finance solutions while delivering an exceptional client experience from first contact through to final approval and beyond.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes:

·Source Potential Leads

·Execute marketing initiatives including community activations, mall and outdoor campaigns, social media engagement, corporate presentations, and wellness days.

· Identify client needs

· Pre-qualify clients by assessing affordability, credit health, and background

·Identify financial challenges and provide practical solutions.

·Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

·Match product offerings to client needs.

·Present tailored home loan solutions using in-depth product knowledge.

· Ensure transparency around requirements and supporting documentation.

· Articulate the benefits of the approved product package.

· Guide clients confidently through acceptance and completion.

· Keep clients informed throughout the application process.

· Respond promptly and clearly to client queries.

· Accurately complete and submit applications based on client eligibility.

· Compile and manage all supporting documentation.

·Ensure files are complete and ready for processing.

Minimum Requirements:

Education & Licensing

Matric (Grade 12)

Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

Experience:

2–3 years’ proven sales experience in a self-sourcing environment

Strong administrative and organisational capability

Exposure to marketing and lead-generation activities
