0 Applications FITTER/TEAM LEADER PRODUCTION - BLOW MOULDINGPINETOWN KZNOversee production operations, ensure quality standards, and lead a team effectively. Minimum 2 years' production experience required.TRADE TEST IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day-to-day leadership of the team
- Ensure product quality meets and exceeds expectations
- Monitoring raw material usage and machine performance
- Liaising with quality inspectors for standards compliance
- Allocating staff and assisting at machines as needed
- Ensuring safety standards adherence and high housekeeping standards
- Assisting with Maintenance and Mould changes as required
- Matric and trade tested, technical Diploma advantageous
- 2 years as a Shift Setter in production
- Blow moulding experience beneficial
