Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to promote the hospitality brand, drive direct bookings, increase brand awareness, and enhance guest engagement across all digital platforms.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and occupancy goals.
Manage website content, SEO, SEM, and online booking platforms.
Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and paid digital campaigns.
Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM platforms.
Monitor online reputation, including reviews on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, and OTAs.
Analyse performance metrics and prepare regular reports on ROI, engagement, and conversions.
Coordinate digital campaigns with sales, reservations, and operations teams.
Manage digital marketing budgets and external agencies or service providers.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements and Qualifications
Grade 12 / Matric is essential.
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
Experience with CMS platforms and booking engines is advantageous.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
