REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualifications / working experience.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
English speaking person (must be able to read, write and speak in English fluently).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Previous working experience dealing with the United Kingdom industry would be a strong advantage.
Strong management experience is ESSENTIAL!
Strong previous customer services experience.
Supervision of small team (3-4 people).
Person will be required to manage a team as well as be hands on as a customer services agent.
Liaising with and keeping in constant contact with UK warehousing and logistics regarding follow up on the delivery of orders.
Person will be required to sell premium wood products (firewood, wood pellets, kindling, etc) for heating of houses in the United Kingdom.
Would only suit a very thorough, hardworking and pedantic manager who is able to deal with difficult to please customers.
Job includes taking orders; product queries; complaints; new customer queries; following up on previous customers for repeat business; as well as managing the customer services team. Established operation in the United Kingdom (over 10 years).
Person will be based in the Howick area and work United Kingdom working hours.
