COST & MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT (MANUFACTURING)PINETOWN - KZNSeeking Commercial /Cost & Management Accountant (Manufacturing) to join our team. Use your expertise in cost analysis, sales reporting, and variance analysis. Drive cost-saving initiatives through completion, maintain costing data,and assist in pricing strategies. Ideal for CIMA studiers or holders/Jnr CA with 2-3 years of relevant experience.s
Reporting to: Financial ManagerDuties and Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with cost and sales analysis
  • Preparing forecasting estimates and variance analysis
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly Sales Reports
  • Analyzing data for cost-saving initiatives
  • Drive completion of changes with departments' aid
  • Review and determine pricing for Sales queries
  • Analysis of quarterly pricing databases
  • Maintaining accurate gross margin records
  • Preparation of annual budgets and new product launch documents
  • Helping with ad hoc assignments
Key Competencies:
  • Currently studying or completed CIMA
  • CA(SA) with 2-3 years exp
  • B Com  / B Compt Degree
  • 2-3 years' experience in Management/Cost Accounting
  • Manufacturing cost accounting advantageous
  • SAP experience advantageous
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
