Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our hotel kitchen team. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, whether hot or cold, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest culinary standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, consistency, and efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.Key Responsibilities:Manage a designated kitchen section (hot, cold, or specialty).Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the hotel’s culinary standards.Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure proper skills development and adherence to standards.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations in the workstation.Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff on menu execution and special events.Ensure consistency in portioning, taste, and presentation of all dishes.Contribute to menu development and offer creative input where appropriate.
Job Specifications / Requirements:
Formal culinary qualification relevant to the role.
3–5 years of experience in a similar Chef de Partie role, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent culinary skills with attention to detail in preparation and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Passion for culinary excellence and continuous learning.
