Requirements

• Grade 12.
• Relevant qualification/s.
• Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Photoshop.
• Good storytelling and pacing ability.
• Experience with social media and digital content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Interest in conservation, wildlife, or environmental storytelling.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation; colour grading and sound design; documentary or NGO experience would be an added advantage.
• Edit short- and long-form video for social media, website, and campaigns.
• Turn raw field footage into compelling stories.
• Repurpose long-form content into social and vertical formats.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external content teams.
• Manage editing timelines and workflow.
