JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license.
English/Afrikaans speaking person (person must be able to speak, read and write English/Afrikaans competently).
Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, reporting, and data management).
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook (email management, calendar scheduling, and communication).
Previous experience in a sales administration, sales support, or customer service role.
Strong sales background with an understanding of sales processes, customer relations, and order management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
