Key Performance AreasTo achieve monthly & yearly sales budget per customer and 5 level classificationTo understand the principles of Animal nutritionConformance reporting (External) and control thereofContinually striving to improve through teamwork with other employees and all related aspects of the businessEnsuring that any subordinates reporting to you are effectively communicated to with regards to their responsibilities and authoritiesTo add value to the customers.Identify needs and goals from Top 20 clients in each area on a quarterly basisRequirementsB Agric / B.Sc. Agric or 3yr Agricultural diplomaPossession of a valid code 08/EB driver’s licenseAble to obtain SACNASP registration aS Professional Natural ScientistExperience3 Years’ experience in similar role.Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS WordExtensive Travel in the area
