About the Role
You will manage social media accounts for both clients and internal business units across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
You’ll play a key role in developing and executing strategic campaigns, creating compelling content, managing paid advertising, and delivering insightful reporting that demonstrates ROI.
Minimum Requirements
• Matric
• Relevant degree/diploma and/or social media certifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media management
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
• Content Creation: Craft compelling copy and oversee the development of engaging visual content (images and video) aligned with brand messaging.
• Paid Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimise paid social media campaigns to achieve performance targets.
• Community Management: Monitor platforms, engage with audiences, and build loyal online communities.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, compile detailed performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Audience Research & Segmentation: Conduct research to better understand target audiences and tailor content strategies accordingly.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with SEO and PPC teams to ensure aligned and integrated marketing strategies.
• ROI Measurement: Ensure all campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Client Engagement: Present reports, findings, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Essential Skills

• In-depth knowledge of trending formats across platforms

• Hands-on experience with paid social advertising
