Ideal for a proactive professional dedicated to sustainable, high-quality project outcomesMinimum Requirements:Project planning diploma or degree (advantageous)Minimum 5 years of experience in project planningCompetency in plumbing, electrical, and building standardsKnowledge of JBCC [version 6] and NEC4 supplier contracts (familiarity preferred)Core skills in:Reading and interpreting product, construction, and site drawingsReading product manualsNumeracyStrong internal & external relationship management skillsAnalytical, results-oriented, planning, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication, listening, writing, and information-sharing abilitiesProactive, resourceful, with knowledge of Health & Safety Policies and ProceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility for extensive countrywide travel and occasional factory workDuties and Responsibilities:Project ManagementOversee all project elements from initial planning to completionDevelop project plans based on objectives and scopeIdentify resources to meet timelines and track daily progressProvide daily project status feedback and close-out reportsProject Planning and ControlCreate and control project schedulesMonitor progress and update timelinesDevelop and maintain project master schedules aligned with work breakdown structures, contracted scope, and budgetPerform critical path and "what if" analyses, creating work-around plans as neededManage project baselines (schedule and budget) and update schedules for contract amendmentsPrepare resource allocation plans based on team inputSupplier and Stakeholder ManagementEngage with suppliers to source high-quality components and materialsBuild relationships to understand supplier quality standards, capacity, and lead timesCoordinate with contractors and project team to maintain alignment with project schedulesQuality ControlInspect and maintain tools and testing devicesVerify the quality of components received on-siteEnsure external service providers meet quality standardsCost ControlManage costs with Operations Manager's assistanceHealth, Safety, and ComplianceAdhere to ISO 9001 - 2015, Health & Safety, and ISO30500 - 2018 standardsEnsure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulationsOperate within the Construction Regulation frameworkPlease do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.Kontak Recruitment Disclaimer:Equal opportunity: All backgrounds are welcomed, with no bias.
