We’re a small, elite team of winners, and we’re looking for someone hungry to join us at the starting line and grow into a full-fledged Media Buyer.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to be trained from the ground up into a Performance Media Buyer. This is not your average internship , you’ll be deep in live campaigns from day one, learning how to test, scale, and optimize paid traffic across platforms like MetaTikTokYouTube, and Native.

You’ll work alongside experienced media buyers, creative strategists, and analysts, learning how to launch aggressive campaigns, interpret data like a hawk, and scale winning offers to the moon.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn the First 3–6 Months, You Will:
  • Shadow and assist senior media buyers with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
  • Learn testing frameworks and how to analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, EPC, ROAS)
  • Help create ad copy, video scripts, and landing page briefs
  • Assist in creative tracking and version control
  • Document and organize test results, learning's, and reporting insights
  • Participate in internal brainstorms and creative strategy sessions
  • Help QA campaign launches for tracking, congruence, and accuracy (details, details, details)
As You Progress, You’ll Be Trained to:
  • Launch your own campaigns under supervision
  • Develop hypotheses and structured testing plans
  • Work independently on accounts with responsibility for budget and performance

We care more about mindset than experience. You don’t need to know media buying , we’ll teach you. But you must be:

Candidate RequirementsRequirements
  • No prior media buying experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, paid social, or eCommerce is a bonus
