Housekeeping SupervisorLead Excellence in Housekeeping at Our 5-Star LodgeWe are looking for a dedicated and professional Housekeeping Supervisor to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure all areas meet 5-star standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
- Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff to foster a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, including ordering and stock control of cleaning supplies and amenities.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive and memorable stay.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- A relevant qualification in hospitality management or housekeeping operations.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in luxury or 5-star environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
