About the Role
As a Property Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting potential home buyers with the right home loan solutions.
You will actively source and engage new clients through a variety of channels, including referral networks, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
• Proactively source new business opportunities through networking and referrals
• Execute marketing initiatives such as community activations, mall campaigns, social media engagement, corporate presentations, and wellness days
Client Consultation
• Pre-qualify potential clients by assessing affordability, credit profile, and financial background
• Identify client needs, challenges, and suitable finance solutions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions
Solution Presentation
• Present tailored home loan options based on each client’s needs
• Clearly explain product benefits, requirements, and documentation
• Guide clients confidently through the application and acceptance process
Application & Process Management
• Accurately complete and submit home loan applications
• Compile and manage all supporting documentation
• Keep clients informed throughout the application process
• Respond promptly to queries and ensure a smooth, professional experience
Minimum Requirements
Education
• Matric (Grade 12)
Other Requirements
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
Experience
• 2–3 years’ proven sales experience in a self-sourcing environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Exposure to marketing initiatives and lead generation
