Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing strategy and activities for their prestigious luxury lodge group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across their portfolio of luxury properties. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape and promote the group’s vision, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the group’s luxury lodges
- Overseeing digital marketing, social media, content creation, and email marketing campaigns
- Managing PR initiatives, media relations, and influencer partnerships
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Leading a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments (sales, operations, etc.)
- Managing budgets and ensuring the efficient allocation of marketing resources
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and analytics
- Proven experience in brand development and multi-channel marketing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
