Professional Experience
• 3–5 years’ professional graphic design experience in:
o An in-house marketing/design team and/or
o A creative agency or studio
• A strong portfolio showcasing:
o Conceptual thinking through to final artwork
o Both print and digital design work
o Attention to detail, consistency, and creative flair
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong Design Foundations
• Solid understanding of:
o Design principles and visual hierarchy
o Typography and layout (print & digital)
o Colour theory and brand application
• Ability to create designs that are visually engaging, purposeful, and message-driven
Print & Digital Capability
• Experience designing:
o Print: ads, brochures, catalogues, corporate collateral, logos
o Digital: social media content, website visuals, digital ads and banners
• Practical knowledge of print production and digital output requirements
Software & Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
o Photoshop | Illustrator | InDesign
• Confident with photo editing, retouching, and artwork preparation
• Strong attention to detail and clean file management
Creative & Conceptual Thinking
• Ability to interpret briefs and develop strong visual concepts
• Experience creating mockups and layouts for approval
• Willingness to contribute ideas during brainstorming and campaigns
• Able to maintain brand consistency while delivering fresh ideas
Communication & Work Ethic
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable presenting and explaining design decisions
