General Foreman

Requirements:

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in building.

·        Experience in either high-rise residential or healthcare projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Successfully oversee all senior site staff and foremen assigned to your site.

·        Ensure project deadlines are adhered to by closely managing the schedule and promptly notifying the contracts manager of any deviations as soon as they are identified.

·        Make sure all procurement is handled according to the schedule, with purchase orders obtained in line with the company’s process.

·        Source and evaluate materials, managing the process through the BOQ and allowable documentation.

·        Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, evaluate their claims, and submit payment certificates to the QS department on time, following company procedures.

·        Monitor the site's Health & Safety through proper channels, ensuring compliance and collaborating with safety officers.
