Grade 12.
Trade Certified in the relevant electrical or electronic fields.
N6 or T4 qualification or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
Siemens Drives and PLC courses will be an advantage.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Intermediate level on MS Excel and Word.
Knowledge on industrial machines (experience in paperbag making and printing would be advantageous).
Ability to repair drives and drive components (will be advantageous).
Sound knowledge of Siemens and Lenze PLC’s and VSD’s.
Sound knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Maintenance and repairs to all equipment.
Preventative maintenance.
Industrial safety.
