REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Person must be able to speak, read and write English competently. isiZulu speaking advantageous!
1yr+ previous working experience in a similar nature (within the last 2 years would be advantageous).
2yrs+ previous working experience in the building and DIY industry, preferably in a sales role.
Process account sales and fill in as a cashier when required.
Assist in other functions when necessary, including stock take, stocking of shelving, cleaning of products and shelves and other general tasks.
Customer service.
Appropriate literacy and numeracy skills.
Competent administration skills (dealing with quotes, general administration).
Excellent knowledge of building materials and DIY hardware products.
Experience in a hardware retail environment an added advantage.
THIS POSITION WOULD ONLY SUIT SOMEONE WHO CURRENTLY RESIDES IN THE HOWICK / MERRIVALE AREAS.
