We are seeking a professional Butler to deliver personalised, discreet, and five-star service to lodge guests. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality and the ability to anticipate guest needs, ensuring an exceptional and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke guest services tailored to individual preferences.

• Manage guest requests, reservations, and itineraries.

• Maintain guest suites and ensure exceptional attention to detail.

• Serve meals, beverages, and other services with discretion and professionalism.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Uphold the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Butler in luxury hospitality.

• Formal Butler training or equivalent hospitality certification is preferred.

• Knowledge of fine dining, wine, and guest service etiquette.

• Experience in high-net-worth or international guest service.
