Key Performance AreasOwn end-to-end production performance, ensuring targets for volume, quality, and efficiency are consistently met.Lead and manage all production teams and shifts, ensuring alignment, discipline, and accountability on the plant floor.Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and teams across all shiftsCollaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure seamless operationsEnsure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and operational proceduresRequirementsDegree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or related fieldMinimum 8 years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and plant operationsProven track record in driving operational performance and leading teams
