0 Applications This is a 4 - Years contract, on-site Apprentice Auto Electrician role based in Middelburg. The Apprentice Auto Electrician will assist qualified technicians with electrical maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include supporting fault finding on auto-electrical systems, helping with component installation and replacement, and performing basic preventative maintenance under supervision. The role involves using diagnostic tools, following safety procedures, maintaining accurate work records, and keeping the workspace and tools in good order. The apprentice will receive mentorship, on-the-job training, and exposure to Trysome’s integrated engineering solutions to develop into a competent auto electrician.
Age group- 18 - 24 Years
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science (essential)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Time management skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pay attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
- Valid driver’s license is desirable but not essential ,and willingness to work in demanding industrial and mining environments are advantageous.
