We are seeking a highly organised Accounting Office Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing office staff, handling financial tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent communication abilities, and previous experience in office management.Must be able to navigate Teams and other communication software as remote connection is required.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations and ensure efficiency
  • Supervise office staff and delegate tasks
  • Handle accounting tasks such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial reporting and other accounting functions
  • Coordinate communication within the office and with external parties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  • Experienced with remote working communication platforms
